Vanilla<\/b><\/p>\n

“What are you, an old lady?” Shindou demanded.<\/p>\n

Touya took a long look at the chocolate ice cream melting in drips over the back of Shindou’s hand and asked, “Are you the alternative?”<\/p>\n

“Honestly, a cup,<\/i>” Shindou retorted, brandishing his own cone with fervor. “There are waffle cones to be had! You have no romance in your soul.”<\/p>\n

“I have no ice cream on my shirt,” Touya said, accepting the perfectly respectable bowl of ice cream from the shop lady. “And yes, before you ask, it’s vanilla.”<\/p>\n

“Of course it is, obaasan. Now just be a good woman and step out of the way so I can pay for our–”<\/p>\n

Touya leaned over and bit the bottom of Shindou’s cone off. <\/p>\n
