Something is off about Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s posture when Yoochun comes into the living room. Even though the room is dim and Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s face is turned away, Yoochun can see it in the slant of Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s shoulders. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Yunho?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d he asks, taking a few steps forward. He puts a hand on Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s shoulder and repeats Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s name. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Hm?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yunho answers vaguely. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Everything okay?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yoochun purses his lips when Yunho gives him a murmured reassurance. He\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s learned Yunho well enough to see something is up, but not well enough yet to know whether he should push the issue. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Because you seem a little\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
He lets his words trail off, not sure what he wants to say anyway. But then Yunho tilts his had back far enough for Yoochun to see his face, and Yoochun knows he\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s right. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Yoochun-ah,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yunho says, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153would you drive me somewhere?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Okay,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yoochun agrees. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Where you do want to go?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s smile is wan. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Anywhere\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s fine.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
They get jackets and shoes and keys and sneak out. Yoochun takes a last look down the hallway, feeling guilty that the others won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know where they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve gone, but he thinks that might be the point. <\/p>\n
Yunho really doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t seem to care where they go, so Yoochun picks a highway and a direction at random. They don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t talk much, Yoochun\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s eyes on the road and Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s out the window, but the silence between them is comfortable, and the farther out they go, the more relaxed Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s shoulders get. <\/p>\n
Yoochun\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s starting to wonder if Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s fallen asleep by the time he decides that they ought to turn around, given how few of the exit signs he recognizes. But Yunho stirs to look at Yoochun when he pulls off at the next exit and pulls into a restaurant\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s deserted parking lot. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m afraid we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll get lost,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yoochun explains, a touch sheepish. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153And I wanted to stretch a minute.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
When they get out of the car, the countryside is dark around them, aside from the scatter of streetlights still lit, and both of them get distracted by stars they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t often see in the city. Yunho drifts to the back of the car, Yoochun following, and they both hitch themselves up to sit on the trunk, their knees brushing. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Thank you,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yunho says eventually. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I feel better.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I didn’t really do anything,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yoochun points out, but Yunho gives a low chuckle.<\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s what I wanted,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d he explains, then leans over and kisses Yoochun\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s cheek.<\/p>\n
Yoochun turns his face into it, so that Yunho\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s lips are sliding over his mouth instead. Yoochun hasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t kissed Yunho before, not the same as Junsu or Jaejoong, but it feels like something he ought to do. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s slow and comfortable, like the silence between them, and they don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t pull apart until the wind picking up makes them both shiver. <\/p>\n
They climb back in the car and huddle together in front of the heat vents for a minute or two before Yoochun glances at the clock and says they should get going. <\/p>\n
\u00e2\u20ac\u0153In a minute,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Yunho answers, voice close to Yoochun\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ear, and when Yoochun turns his head, Yunho is close enough to pick up where they left off.<\/p>\n
