Party Til You Drop<\/b><\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s much, much worse,\u201d Sora insisted. Beside him, Ventus nodded in vehement agreement, eyes big. <\/p>\n
Terra sighed. \u201cJust what is the difference between gathering synthesis pieces in the Dwarf Woodlands and at Castle of Dreams?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThe dwarves make fun of me,\u201d Ventus answered immediately. <\/p>\n
\u201cI get that song they sing stuck in my head for like a week,\u201d Sora complained. <\/p>\n
\u201cSpiderchests,\u201d Ventus added. <\/p>\n
\u201cMore than once, a tree has slapped my ass,\u201d Sora said. <\/p>\n
Terra couldn\u2019t get a word in between their rapid volley of complaints, until he finally held both hands up. Sora and Ventus fell silent, exchanging a look out of the corners of their eyes. <\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t know why you rehearse all those excuses like I\u2019m Master Yen Sid or something,\u201d Terra said, long-suffering. \u201cJust say you want to go to the ball.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe want to go to the ball!\u201d Sora and Ventus chorused. <\/p>\n
\u201cWhy is that so appealing?\u201d Terra wanted to know, hands on his hips. \u201cIt\u2019s the same party every single time. You\u2019ve been to it a dozen times!\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cBecause it\u2019s a party?\u201d Sora answered. \u201cWhat\u2019s there to get? There\u2019s music, and food, and fancy outfits\u2014\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m gonna ask Cinderella to dance!\u201d Ventus declared. <\/p>\n
Sora snorted. \u201cAll yours. I\u2019m going for Prince Charming.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSora!\u201d Ventus gasped, laughing. <\/p>\n
\u201cListen, you two,\u201d Terra interrupted, at the end of his patience. \u201cI don\u2019t care who gathers which Shimmering Crystals from which Spiderchests, but the person you have to convince is\u2014\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cMe,\u201d Aqua announced from behind Sora and Ventus, making them whirl around. She had her hands on her hips, which were already covered in a very dashing blue suit, fit for any ball. \u201cIf you two want to tag along, that\u2019s fine, but if it\u2019s a contest about who gets to dance with the princess, we\u2019ll see about that, hm?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cSpeaking of people who\u2019ve been to that party too many times,\u201d Terra said in an undertone. Aqua raised her eyebrow, and Terra turned to go. \u201cI\u2019m out, work it out yourselves.\u201d <\/p>\n
